(2005) from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi: and LL.M. (2008) and Ph.D. (2016) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Dr. Kumar has more than eleven years of teaching experience and served as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, for around four years. He has published various research papers/articles on socio-legal issues in reputed journals. He is also the author of the book, Regulation and Regulatory Process in India (2019). His areas of research, interest and specialization are Administrative Law and Commercial Laws.
