DR. VEENA ROSHAN JOSE is an Assistant Professor at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, where she also heads the Centre for Environmental Law. Her post-graduation specialisations are Human Rights Law and Environmental Law, and her doctoral research was in Medical Law and Ethics. Her other areas of interest include Science, Technology and Law, Constitutional Law, and Forensic Science. Dr. Veena has more than 14 years of teaching experience at various universities and has published widely on various subjects in law. She is a member of the editorial boards of several reputed law journals and is a regularly invited speaker and resource person for academic conferences and workshops on issues related to human rights, medical law, environmental law, climate action, and climate justice. DR. SHIVENDER RAHUL is an Assistant Professor of English at Maharashtra National
Law University, Nagpur, where, through multifaceted scholarship and teaching, he examines the complex intersections between law, literature, language, climate change, human rights, justice, and ethics. As an accomplished researcher, he has presented his work widely at academic conferences and published seminal papers that have advanced understanding of the relationship between environmental issues and law. With his combined expertise and experience as a scholar and a teacher, he contributes significantly to public awareness, education, and action on some of the most pressing issues confronting humanity today. SANYA AGRAWAL is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, and ILS Law College, Pune. She has completed B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, and LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law from Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule University, Jaipur. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Forensic Science from GD Goenka University, Gurugram. Sanya has attended various national and international seminars and conferences and published research papers in reputed journals.
