The revised eighth edition of the book presents Concise Commentary on Companies Act, 2013 as amended by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 in a very simple, lucid language.

• The presentation of the section wise commentary is in Bullet Form unlike the conventional form of commentary which runs in paragraphs. This helps the reader to have a glimpse of the section at one go
