RERA, a new Act, as implemented  for the benefit of home buyers and promoters, developers, builders, is a  revolution in the construction sector. As the Act is new,  the authour has observed the confusions in the minds of home buyers as well as as in the minds of builders.

The author has tried to remove such confusions by presenting this book for the benefit of the readers. All te provisions of this Act are explained in this book in simple language and in question answer format, wherever possible. He has tried to address most of the issues arising under this Act by referring all important cases in particular sections.

Part One deals with the analysis of the statutory provisions while part 2 contains the RERA rules of selected States. Most of the States rules are similar. In an attempt to explain the statutory provisions, he has made the Maharashtra RERA Rules as the basis.
