About the Book: Rethinking Judicial Reforms-Reflections on Indian Legal System

What is common in the chapters is not the epistemology of law, but a desire for the betterment, if not a dream for the ideal. A common thread across the chapters which my publisher was looking for was actually there. It was not made; it just existed, as a feeling.

However, it needed enormous efforts to update and revise the chapters, which were independent articles, and to indicate the sources. The articles in the present book are updated finally on 18 October 2016.

The book will provide food for thought to all persons concerned with children falling within the purview of the JJA 2016.

About the Author: Kaleeswaram Raj

Kaleeswaram Raj is a lawyer in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Kerala. He practices civil, criminal and constitutional law. He has been writing regularly on topics of public importance in the leading newspapers and journals. He graduated in Philosophy with a first rank from the University of Calicut and his degree in law from the same University. He has half a dozen published works to his credit.
